What makes Senior Care Solutions unique, we are small-home residential model. Our team of employees will feel like they are working in a home-like setting, rather than a traditional facility. We are looking for a CNA/CMT to join our team and provide quality care to our Elders. The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatric nursing, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to provide compassionate care to our elders. The successful candidate will be a universal employee that helps with household chores, helps plan and lead social activities, assist with meeting patients' care needs, implement individualized care plans, and report on patient progress. The ideal candidate is an individual that has long term care experience, but looking for a non-traditional long term care setting!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations of the household.
- Provide patient centered care.
- Report on patient's physical and mental health.
- Administer medications and monitor self-administration guidelines.
- Provide emotional support to elders and their families.
- Assist in administering diagnostic tests and completing vital signs.
- Assist in carrying out treatment plans.
- Document patient centered care in accordance with policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
