Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: Nurse (RN) starting at $35/hr; Nurse (LVN) starting at $26/hr.
- Schedule: 12-Hr shifts with rotating weekends. Day and night shifts available

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Document clinical notes accurately within the electronic health record system.
- Monitor resident vital signs and medical conditions to identify changes in status.
- Oversee floor care delivery to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with physicians and families regarding resident care plans.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas RN License or Texas LVN License.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.
