Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: Starts at $16/hr (increases based on experience)
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am)

Responsibilities
- Document daily resident care data to align with CMS quality standards.
- Collect and report accurate vital signs to the charge nurse.
- Help residents with basic mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.
