Duties
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
Monitor patient health by observing vital signs and recognizing changes in condition.
Support medication administration following medical instructions and home healthcare regulations, ensuring proper documentation and patient safety
Provide specialized care such as Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care support to enhance quality of life for clients with complex needs
Maintain patient confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA guidelines while managing medical records and sensitive information
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment for clients
Communicate effectively with clients’ families and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care plans and client satisfaction
Follow all home health care assistance protocols while demonstrating professionalism in every interaction.
