Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 an hour depending on experience

As an Order Entry Clerk you will:

Entering and updating data in the ERP system. Responsible for running daily reports, pulling data from customer portals and print and route job travelers. Provide statistical PO information daily to management.

What will my responsibilities include?

• Verify PO’s for pricing, lead times, revisions, quantity, ship to address and terms and conditions
• Pull customer PO’s from customer portal and record onto daily log and upload into DocuWare
• Pull and review all PO changes, enter into ERP system or send to Account Executive
• Entering PO information into ERP system. (Repeat Part Numbers)
• Respond verbal and written requests for information from internal sources
• Prepare, maintain, process, review and compile a variety of reports
• Other reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictate

What key skills do I need?

• Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, both verbally and written
• Basic basic arithmetic skills sufficient to perform basic calculations
• Requires intermediate PC skills and working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Requires ability to access facts and develop conclusions
• Customer service and detail oriented skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Work in a fast paced environment and team environment

Education and experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of customer service within an office environment
• Requires working knowledge of computer, scanner, facsimile machine and copier
