Job Description

• What does the job involve?**
  
  

The Deburr Technician blends mismatches and edge breaks parts to customer specifications.

• What will my responsibilities include?**
• With minimal supervision understands and is able to meet customer requirements, such as BAC 5300 and BAC 5730.
• Uses Technician tools such as deburr guns, pencil grinders, etc. to meet customer specifications.
• Follows all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• What key skills and experience do I need?**
• Demonstrates a good attitude toward work and arrives on time for start of shift.
• Follows instructions and demonstrates strong attention to detail.
• Communicates well verbally and in writing.
• Mechanically inclined, with good manual dexterity.
  
  

Qualifications

**Preferred:**

• Ability to perform basic functions with MS Windows-based computer operating systems, such as opening and closing files
• One-year on-the-job experience
• Completion of aptitude test during interview process

• Salary Offering:** $19.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour
• Shift:** Fri/Sat/Sun 4:30am - 5:00pm, (see below for shift premium and shift differential pay)

• **Shift Premiums for Weekend Shifts - work 33 hours, paid for 40 (weekend night shift) or work 36 hours, paid for 40 (weekend day shift)**
