POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking top-tier sales professionals who are energized by energy health and have a deep appreciation for Senergy’s revolutionary products. This commission-only role is designed for high-energy, results-driven individuals who excel in consultative selling, networking, and building strategic business relationships, with uncapped earning potential. As an Enterprise Wellness Liaison, your mission is to drive sales of Senergy’s energy devices and related products to practitioners, doctors, affiliates, and corporate clients, while cultivating powerful partnerships and expanding professional networks.


Responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales of Senergy devices (e.g., Tennant BioModulator®, Senergy BioTransducer®) and complementary energy health products through consultative selling to business clients, including practitioners, medical offices, and corporate wellness programs.
  • Execute outbound calls and meetings to qualify leads and close sales for Senergy products or form strategic partnerships with businesses.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals, focusing on cross-selling and upselling opportunities across Senergy’s product portfolio to business clients.
  • Build and nurture networks of practitioners, doctors, affiliates, and corporate decision-makers passionate about energy health, fostering strategic partnerships to drive referrals and sales.
  • Host local and virtual events to showcase Senergy products to professional audiences, and identify national opportunities (e.g., medical conferences, wellness expos) for high-impact sales and partnership development.
  • Develop and present proposals for generating new sales pipelines, including strategies for corporate wellness integrations, affiliate programs, and strategic business alliances.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and partnership-building efforts in Senergy’s CRM system.
  • Occasionally travel to sell products and build partnerships at Senergy events, medical conferences, or professional demonstrations.
  • Stay current on Senergy product knowledge through training, webinars, or attendance at Senergy health conferences.
  • Undertake other duties or special projects as assigned by the Sales Manager.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with a proven track record as a top producer in healthcare, medical devices, or wellness industries, particularly in business-to-business environments.
  • Passion for energy health and wellness, ideally with knowledge of Senergy products.
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills with a talent for building strategic business relationships and professional networks.
  • Competitive, coachable, and resilient, with a relentless work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong networking skills, with experience in hosting professional events, forging partnerships with practitioners, doctors, or corporate clients, and creating sales pipelines.
  • Modern computer skills and adherence to company policies, including compliance with FDA regulations.
  • Ability to connect with diverse professional audiences, including medical professionals, wellness practitioners, and corporate decision-makers, to promote energy health solutions.
