What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Coordinator position at SeneGence International?

The Fulfillment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring our business runs efficiently day-to-day. This position is responsible for supporting operational workflows, assisting with order accuracy, and helping teams stay on track toward their goals. It’s an excellent fit for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who is ready to take on an entry-level role with leadership visibility.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support the site leadership team by helping to organize, schedule, and coordinate daily workflow.
  • Work closely with production and agency teams to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist with tracking orders, complaints, and service issues; escalate concerns as needed.
  • Gather and record performance data to support team goals.
  • Promote teamwork by being reliable, positive, and communicative.
  • Help maintain open communication between teams and leadership.
  • Use basic problem-solving skills to address daily issues and escalate larger concerns to managers.
  • Provide general support with organization, record-keeping, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Other duties, as requested by business need.

Qualifications Required

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; some college coursework is a plus.
  • 3-4 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or retail environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time and lifting 35 lbs or more.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Flexibility to work across shifts to meet business needs.
  • Consistent and regular attendance is expected.

Qualifications Desired

  • Previous fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics experience.
  • Familiarity with an ERP/Warehouse Management System is a plus.

Certificates/Licenses Required For Role

  • Forklift Certification would be a plus, but is not required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, feel and/or use tape dispensing gun, reach with hands and arms to handle materials; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include acuity in color vision, close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, push cartons across a skate conveyor; stoop, kneel, and is occasionally required to crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to access product on floor or low shelves; and may operate a hand truck, pallet jack to move materials.

The employee must occasionally lift, move (in some cases drag items), slide, raise and/or place:

  • Pallets from floor onto side, move up to 10 feet and return to original position at a weight up to 35 lbs.
  • Cartons onto a cart to move materials within the fulfillment areas.

The employee must frequently lift, move (in some cases drag items), slide, raise and/or place:

  • Boxes weighing up to 25 lbs. from 5 inches off the ground up to 36 inches high and return to original position.
