What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grant and Development Specialist position at Seneca Valley School District?
The Seneca Valley School District is seeking a self-motivated and highly effective communicator with strong leadership skills. Experience and strength in competitive government grant writing, fundraising, non-profit marketing, and donor relations. The Grant and Development Specialist provides leadership in the development, coordination and management of philanthropic efforts aligned to the vision of the District and the Seneca Valley Foundation. Assists with communications functions, special events planning and coordination of community outreach programs.
This is a permanent 12-month position, 244 workdays per year, available August 2025. Salary is regionally competitive and commensurate with experience. Position reports to the Communications Director.
Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Business, Non-profit Management, and/or Public Administration preferred. Experience in non- profit management.
