Seneca is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting & Billing Specialist to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, communicating clearly, and supporting smooth day-to-day business operations. The Accounting & Billing Specialist will help keep our financial processes moving by processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, resolving account questions, and collaborating with operations and accounting teams.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

·        Process vendor and customer invoices accurately and on time

·        Enter and maintain accounting records within company systems

·        Review transactions for accuracy and completeness

·        Contact customers regarding past due accounts and assist with collection efforts

·        Research and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and customer accounts

·        Maintain organized records and documentation

·        Support accounting and administrative processes as needed

·        Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations

🎓 What You Bring:

·        Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, collections, or a related field

·        Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

·        Positive attitude and willingness to learn

·        Team-oriented mindset and ability to work well with others

·        Strong organizational and follow-up skills

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Windows-based software applications

·        Effective verbal and written communication skills

·        Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering high-quality work

Preferred Qualifications

·        Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, collections, or general office accounting

·        Experience working with ERP or accounting software systems
