Top Requirements
- 2 years of healthcare billing and collections experience (skilled nursing / long-term care preferred)
- Medicare billing and claims processing experience, including claim review and acceptance
- Accounts receivable (AR) follow-up experience, including denials, unpaid accounts, and collections
- Experience using healthcare billing systems; PCC/PointClickCare preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Medicare rules and the ability to process transactions in compliance with complex regulations
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to work in multiple computer systems
