Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy enterprise applications using the Pega Platform (PRPC).
- Customize Pega solutions to meet business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Develop reusable components and scalable workflows following Pega best practices.
- Integrate Pega applications with enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Troubleshoot application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure solutions comply with security standards, coding best practices, and government compliance requirements.
- Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and optimization of existing Pega applications.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Experience developing enterprise applications using the Pega Platform (PRPC)
- Strong knowledge of:

- One or more Pega certifications:
- Certified System Architect (CSA)
- Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
- Experience supporting federal government or Department of Justice programs
- Experience with enterprise application integration, REST/SOAP APIs, and workflow automation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
