We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Analyst / Tester to join a critical government project supporting the FBI / EPAS program. This role offers the opportunity to work directly on-site in Washington, DC, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, perform manual testing, and contribute to Agile development processes. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for supporting secure government initiatives. Your technical skills and dedication will help ensure the delivery of high-quality applications essential to national security.
Responsibilities include gathering functional requirements, developing user stories, conducting manual testing to validate features, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to end users. Top Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance (must be active at start)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business analysis, testing, or related roles
- U.S. Citizenship (no dual citizens or foreign nationals)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAFe framework
- Experience with manual testing and QA processes
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
