Responsibilities
- Accurately process and manage high-volume document imaging, including scanning, indexing, and quality assurance.
- Support internal teams by troubleshooting and resolving document-related issues within imaging systems.
- Prepare and scan physical documents, ensuring proper formatting and indexing for digital storage.
- Manage workflow tasks such as routing misdirected mail, processing surveys, and capturing data using OCR technology.
- Maintain compliance with enterprise policies, including risk management and security protocols.
- Cross-train in critical imaging processes and serve as backup for departmental duties and training new hires.
- Assist with equipment maintenance, process improvements, and support business continuity initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in document scanning, data entry, and high-volume document processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and imaging systems
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments calmly and efficiently
- Ability to adapt to changing technology and processes
- Experience working in a financial institution or Records Management role
- Knowledge of scanning and archiving systems
