Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Level 1, 2, and 3 engineering schedules in Primavera P6 (MS Project proficiency a plus).
- Collaborate with design leads and project managers to gather accurate progress updates and resolve scheduling discrepancies.
- Monitor project performance against schedules and budgets, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports, including earned value analysis, work-hour forecasts, change management, and spend curves.
- Support engineering workflows across FEL2, FEL3, and detailed design phases, ensuring schedules align with project milestones.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering scheduling or project controls within heavy industrial, pulp & paper, chemical, or power sectors.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 with familiarity in MS Project.
- Deep understanding of engineering workflows during FEL and detailed design phases, including FEL2, FEL3, and detailed engineering.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
