Pay Rate: $21–$40/hour (based on experience and location) $125/day Per Diem (overnight travel)
Position Description:
We are actively interviewing skilled and dependable Journeyman or Master Electricians with commercial and industrial experience to support service, conduit, and advanced troubleshooting projects across the region. This role offers steady work, competitive pay, and quick interview feedback for qualified candidates.
Based on project needs, assignments may be local or require regional travel for 1–3 weeks at a time. Work schedules may include day, night, weekend, overtime, or 3rd shift, depending on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, components, lighting, panels, generators, and wiring
- Install new electrical systems and upgrade outdated infrastructure
- Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting in commercial and industrial environments
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and Statements of Work (SOW)
- Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, local, state, and federal codes
- Conduct system testing to confirm all installations are fully operational
- Complete and submit required field documentation (photos, signed checklists, as-builts, etc.)
- Manage multiple tasks while meeting project deadlines and daily deliverables
- Lead or support field teams; provide training and mentorship as needed
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues professionally
- Follow all OSHA, site-specific, and project safety requirements
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, workmanship, appearance, and conduct
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision
Required Skills & Education:
- Active State-Level Journeyman or Master Electrician License (Required)
- Proven experience as a Lead or Foreman Electrician
- Commercial and/or industrial electrical experience
- Strong conduit, service work, and troubleshooting background
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of current NEC codes and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Certified to operate boom and scissor lifts; comfortable working at heights
- Safety-focused; compliant with PPE and job-site safety standards
- Must supply basic hand tools and PPE
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years)
- Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and pre-employment testing
