Core Responsibilities
- Act as the lead data strategist, identifying and integrating new datasets into product capabilities.
- Partner with engineering to build and enhance data products.
- Execute analytical experiments across various business domains.
- Identify, collect, and prepare structured and unstructured datasets.
- Build algorithms and models for large-scale data mining, including data validation, error analysis, and model improvement.
- Analyze data for trends, patterns, and clear business objectives.
- Deploy analytical models to production in collaboration with software developers and ML engineers.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in data science.
- Strong skills in data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.
- Advanced experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SAS).
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, research-oriented environment with multiple active projects.
Preferred Qualifications
