Top Requirements
- Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Building Automation, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Systems, or Controls Engineering
- 3-5 years supporting Building Management Systems (Johnson Controls Metasys, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Tridium Niagara, etc.)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and utility systems within commercial or laboratory environments
- Strong understanding of facility operations, networking fundamentals, and MEP systems
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work on-site for a 1st shift schedule (Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm)
- Optional certifications in controls, HVAC, or electrical systems.
