Position Description:
Join a dynamic organization as a Project Manager II, responsible for leading and managing complex IT projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll oversee multiple large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will independently develop project plans, coordinate resources, track milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Your expertise in both waterfall and agile methodologies will be essential to successfully guide projects and adapt to changing priorities. You’ll also coordinate with vendors and participate in continuous process improvements to ensure project excellence and customer satisfaction.

Top Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record leading large, complex projects.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Jira, and project tracking tools.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or MPM certifications preferred or to be obtained within the first year.
- Demonstrable leadership and decision-making skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
