This role involves leading and enhancing IT Change, Incident, and Problem Management workflows using the ServiceNow platform. You will act as Incident and Major Incident Manager during critical events, coordinate rapid responses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices. Your expertise will drive process efficiencies, reduce risks, and elevate service quality. Ideal for professionals passionate about process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and technical excellence in IT Service Management. This is a contract position based in Boca Raton, FL.
Top Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT Change, Incident, and Problem Management in complex enterprise environments
- Current ITIL Foundations Certification
- Hands-on ServiceNow platform experience for workflow management, automation, and reporting
