Pay Rate: $100-145K Salary (based on experience)

Description: We are seeking an experienced End-User Computing Manager to lead and oversee enterprise end-user technology platforms and services. This role is responsible for the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of desktop infrastructure, virtual environments, collaboration platforms, and associated technologies that support business operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently with minimal direction, and communicates effectively with senior leadership, including C-level executives and Vice Presidents.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the administration and strategic direction of:
- Citrix environments
- Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and published applications
- Enterprise desktop applications
- Video teleconferencing platforms and associated systems
- Office 365 collaboration tools, including SharePoint and licensing management
Manage and mentor end-user computing teams, providing clear direction and accountability.
Develop and implement roadmaps to improve system performance, scalability, security, and user experience.
Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to align end-user technologies with organizational objectives.
- Oversee licensing compliance, vendor relationships, and platform optimization.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all supported systems.
- Present technical strategies and performance updates to senior leaders.
Qualifcations:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant IT field
- At least 3 years of leadership or management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field from an accredited program
- OR Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Salary : $100,000 - $145,000
