What are the responsibilities and job description for the ArcGIS Admin position at Seneca Resources Company, LLC?
Role: ArcGIS admin
Location: Washington, DC (onsite 5 days a week in SCIF)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Clearance: Must have a Top Secret clearance (can hold an SCI)
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience designing, implementing, and administering enterprise GIS systems
- System administration experience on Windows and/or Linux platforms
- Proficiency with at least one RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) including SQL query development
- Hands-on experience with Esri software, specifically ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal for ArcGIS, and related APIs
- Working knowledge of at least one scripting/programming language (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#)
- Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, HTTPS, firewalls, proxies, load balancing)
- Understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, Web Tier, OIDC)
- Exposure to cloud-based system operations (SysOps)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, Mathematics, or related STEM field
- Master's degree in a related field
- ArcGIS Enterprise Administration Professional certification
- Industry IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS)
- Experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Notebook Server, or ArcGIS Monitor
