• Holistic Assessment: You’ll look beyond the medical chart to understand the "whole person," identifying the social and emotional needs that make our residents unique.

• Master of Transitions: You’ll lead the charge on admission support and complex discharge planning, ensuring residents have everything they need to transition safely to their next chapter.

• The Family Navigator: You’ll be the steady hand for families, providing counseling, resources, and a listening ear as they navigate the complexities of long-term care.

• Uncompromising Advocacy: You are the primary defender of resident rights, ensuring every individual’s dignity, autonomy, and safety are held to the highest standard.

What You Bring to the Seneca Family

• The Credential: A degree in Social Work. We highly value real-world experience and a heart for service!
