BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for supervising employees on the bingo floor. Oversees implementation and coordination of games, events, entertainment, and other events. Responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints and disputes. Ensure Bingo department follows rules and regulations as set forth by regulating bodies. Evaluations and Disciplinary action(s).
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Works closely with Bingo Manager to hire and train all new Bingo Floor Associates in selling products on the floor. Responsible for Bingo Floor Associates scheduling, training, concerns, issues, complaints, etc.
2. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Bingo Floor Associates as direct supervisor for all Bingo Floor Associates including Bingo Inventory Clerk as needed.
3. Ensure all Bingo Floor Associates are performing job duties and serves as direct supervisor for all Bingo Floor Associates.
4. Follows procedures completing session reports/forms for Finance department, ensuring all reports/forms are completed and ready for accounting at the end of each session.
5. Greet guests and oversee interactions between guests and employees.
6. Controls the Bingo gaming floor setting to ensure safety and fire regulations.
7. Ensure the smooth play of new games and promotions. Keep employees and guests aware of bingo schedules, games, and any revisions.
8. Promote new games in conjunction with the Marketing Department.
9. Develop and update policies and procedures for the Bingo Floor Associates and enforce them.
10. Maintains a neat and orderly work area.
11. Keep current on all bingo equipment and interface, making sure everything is runny properly.
12. Responsible for accurately monitoring and documenting daily attendance records according to policies and procedures.
13. Responsible for Bingo Floor Associate evaluations in an efficient and timely manner.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate or Equivalent. Two (2) years previous supervisory experience. Knowledge of bingo operations a plus! Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required. Must pass a background check in accordance with National Indian Gaming Commission regulations.
