We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead the fixed operations department at a busy Ford dealership in Seneca, PA. The Service Manager will oversee daily service department operations, manage technicians and advisors, ensure manufacturer compliance, and help grow customer retention and service sales.
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Previous automotive service management experience required
- Ford dealership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
- Understanding of warranty administration and fixed operations
- Proven ability to improve profitability and customer retention
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operations of the service department

- Monitor workflow, scheduling, and repair order efficiency
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI scores
- Ensure compliance with Ford warranty and service procedures
- Review and manage departmental financial performance and KPIs
- Work closely with parts and sales departments to improve dealership operations
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Recruit, hire, and develop service department personnel
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
