We’re looking for caring, dependable Special Needs Classroom Aide Substitutes to support students as they learn, grow, and build independence.
What You’ll Do:
- Support students with academic, social, communication, and life skills
- Assist with personal care, mobility, feeding, toileting, and other student needs
- Help create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom
- Support teachers with lessons, activities, and daily classroom routines
- Build positive relationships with students, families, and staff

Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Pass a background check, drug screen, and physical ability exam.
- Knowledge or experience with Classroom Management and Child Development.
- Experience or training on how to safely move individuals or objects.
- Ability to obtain Ohio Department of Education Aide Permit
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
