We are looking for a Produce Cutter/Packager to join our team! This role focuses on cutting and packaging fresh fruits and vegetables for retail display while maintaining quality and freshness.
Responsibilities:
- Properly cut, package, and wrap fresh produce
- Rotate stock and remove damaged or expired items
- Build and straighten displays
- Assist customers with questions and product inquiries
- Follow store policies and food safety standards
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in cold temperatures (35-40°F)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Good communication and customer service skills
