Description:As a Powder Coating Tech, you’ll play a key role in our Post Production process by applying high quality finishes that meet customer specification and company quality standards. What you’ll doPrepare, pretreat, and powder coat customer parts according to work instructions and specificationsPerform in process and final quality checks, including part counts and visual inspectionsVerify finished parts meet work order requirements for coverage, appearance, and qualityBatch and sequence orders to support production schedules and delivery timelinesAssist with routine equipment upkeep, including spray systems, blasting equipment, and finishing toolsFollow all safety policies and procedures at all timesMaintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principlesCollaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals and communicate issues or quality concerns as they arisePerform other related duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsManufacturing or production experienceAbility to read and follow work instructions and basic drawingsAbility to safely operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety proceduresAbility to use measuring devices and basic hand toolsBasic knowledge of materials and equipment used in powder coating or finishing processesBasic computer skillsCommitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environmentPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in powder coating, painting, or industrial finishing preferredBasic knowledge of CNC systems and machine controlsBasic understanding of quality requirements and inspection processesPrior work in a sheet metal or fabrication environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hour shiftsAbility to bend, reach, and work around large industrial equipmentWork EnvironmentManufacturing and production floor environmentExposure to noise, temperature variation, moving machinery, and metal materialsUse of required protective equipment at all timesBenefitsMedical, Dental, & Vision coveragePaid holidays PTO401K with company match Tuition reimbursement Paid parental leave Short-term disability Lunch provided daily Employee discount on parts Schedule Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:00amRequirements:
