• Helping wherever needed
• Supporting slower areas

• Deep cleaning support

🕔 SCHEDULE🎓 Training Schedule

🕔 5:00 PM until the job is finished

⏰ Training shifts will NOT exceed 11:00 PM

📅 Standard Schedule After Training

🕔 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Routes may finish earlier or later depending on building conditions and workload.

💰 PAY STRUCTURE💵 Base Salary

$675 Semi-Monthly

📅 Paid on the 3rd & 17th

🎁 GUARANTEED BONUS STRUCTUREAt SuperKleen, bonuses are designed to reward: ✅ Consistency

Employees remain eligible for the guaranteed bonus unless there are serious performance or policy issues.

💲 Bonus reduced by $10

⚠️ 3rd Infraction

💲 Bonus reduced by $15

🚫 4th Infraction (Same Week)

❌ Bonus may be suspended

❌ Possible employment review

🚨 IMMEDIATE BONUS LOSS / POSSIBLE TERMINATIONMay include:

• 🔑 Security or key mishandling
• 🗣 Disrespectful conduct
