About the Role
Are you a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment? As an Inside Sales Representative at Sencore, you'll build relationships, uncover new opportunities, and grow accounts that fuel our revenue. You'll own an assigned territory, work closely with our Account Managers, and help broadcast video customers get the most from our products.
What You'll Do
- Own your territory: Manage an assigned geographic territory, delivering a strong customer experience and keeping satisfaction high through proactive inside sales engagement.
- Support strategic growth: Partner with Account Managers by keeping the account database accurate and current, and by identifying and developing existing and prospective accounts with strong potential to purchase Sencore products.
- Drive results: Contribute your share of the Inside Sales team's quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Grow recurring revenue: Work with your teammates to hit targets for extended support and warranty sales.
- Be a product expert: Build and maintain deep knowledge of the key features and functions of Sencore products and accessories.
- Take on new challenges: Deliver special projects and reports as assigned by management.
- Hit the road when needed: Travel occasionally as business needs arise.
What You Bring
Experience and Education
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Broadcast industry knowledge would be preferred but not required
Skills and Strengths
- Energetic, positive, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
- Solid understanding of the sales process
- Strong business judgment and strategic sales acumen
- Self-disciplined, and able to quickly get up to speed in a fast-paced, engineering-driven sales environment
Compensation
This is a base salary role with an uncapped commission structure. Your base gives you stability, and your commissions reward your results, so your earning potential grows with your performance!
