We are currently seeking a Distribution LTL Order Picker for 1st and 2nd Shifts at our Cincinnati, OH facility.
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM; Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Over Time schedule & hours as follows:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
*Currently operating on OT schedule.
*OT schedule begins in week 3 or 4 of employment.

Primary Responsibilities
- Using a cherry picker / reach truck pull customer orders from warehouse inventory.
- Use RF scanner to track and record pulled items.
- Use proper safety practices to pull and stack inventory.
- Follow order slips to ensure the order is correct before loading.
- Completes all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience with a forklift.
- High School Degree/GED is preferred.
- Is comfortable working with heights.
- Must be able to operate a cherry picker/reach truck.
- Is able to work in a team environment.
- Has strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in a distribution department.
- Must be able to pass our forklift certification/recertification course.
- 100% of the time, must be able to lift, stoop, bend, walk, pull, and carry /- 75 pounds.
- Must be able to withstand continuous exposure to disagreeable noise, dirt, and fumes within the OSHA allowance.
- Must be comfortable working in an environment where there is possible exposure to lost-time accidents.
- 50% of the time spent standing throughout the shift.
- Must obtain a forklift and LTL license to operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment.
