Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Siding Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing various types of siding (vinyl, fiber cement, wood, etc.), a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. You must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to travel is required as out of state travel will be required at times.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace siding on residential and commercial properties
- Measure, cut, and fit siding materials with precision
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Communicate effectively with the project manager and homeowners
- Ensure quality craftsmanship and attention to detail on every job
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of siding installation experience preferred
- Tools: Must have own basic hand tools and such
- Transportation: Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Ability to travel is required as job sites will be in Arkansas and out of state
- Roofing experience is a plus!
