The New York State Senate Republican Conference seeks an experienced photographer ready to take their game to the next level.
As a key member of the communications team, the photographer is responsible for shooting and editing content on behalf of the Senate Republican Leader and members of the Senate Republican Conference. The photographer will interface directly with legislators and staff across the state while working with internal Albany communications, social media, and graphic arts teams to formulate communications strategy and supplement communications implementation.
Essential Functions:
?Set up, compose, and execute shots in field productions
?Coordinate with other personnel to discuss assignments, logistics, and shot requirements
?Shoot and edit on-location and in-house photos assigned by communications leaders
?Manage and track progress of projects to ensure timely completion
?Ensure on-time execution and delivery of high-quality product
?Travel on a regular basis (approximately 30%-50%) to cover events and production shoots.
Salary range is $40,000 to $50,000 commensurate with education and experience.
