- Oversee and support direct care staff to ensure high-quality resident care
- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Unit Managers with staffing and other delegated tasks
- Provide direct patient care when needed
- Manage the medication cart in appropriate situations
- Active RN license or Graduate Nurse Permit in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care or rehabilitative facility experience (required)
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred)
