Sena Kean Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in Smethport, PA, is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our amazing in-house therapy team!
Responsibilities:
Provide treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore function, and promote healing
Deliver therapy in accordance with established plans of care
Support and educate patients, families, and caregivers
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
Complete required documentation per company, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
Long-term care experience preferred
Prior experience as a COTA strongly desired
Strong interpersonal and patient-care skills
Current knowledge of therapy practices
