CNA Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Take and record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other measurements
Report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
Maintain accurate documentation through forms, reports, and logs
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
CNA Qualifications:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented
