  • Manage hydride and toxic gas monitoring systems critical to III-V compound semiconductor processes
  • Administer the Laser Safety Officer (LSO) program in accordance with ANSI Z136 standards
  • Drive EHS training, certification, and a culture of safety across all manufacturing personnel and shift teams

Facilities Engineering & 24/7 Operations

  • Lead and develop a multi-shift facilities team structured to provide continuous, around-the-clock coverage of all site utilities, cleanroom systems, and safety infrastructure
  • Establish shift staffing models, on-call protocols, and escalation procedures that ensure rapid response to facility alarms, utility excursions, or unplanned outages at any hour

  • Oversee exhaust and point-of-use abatement systems for hazardous process byproducts
  • Ensure N 1 redundancy and uptime targets are met for all life-safety and production-critical utilities
