A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $25 - $36/hr. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.

Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute recurring preventive maintenance on various facilities systems
- Trouble shoot issues and repair facilities equipment using mechanical and electronic skills.
- Create and maintain equipment procedure and documentation. Record maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting in checklists and internal share drive.
- Work with and oversee vendors, contractors and suppliers as needed.
- Request bids and prepare requisitions for contractors.
- Waste Management and treatment of Hazardous materials
- Landscape maintenance and sprinkler system repair.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing time and budget
- Ability to comfortably work around and handle chemicals safely.
- Strong safety mindset, not only in work practice but also in identifying possible issues.
- Must work well with all levels of employees
- The ability to work hours is based on facilities and business needs, which may include skewed schedules with work on weekends and holidays as required.
- Problem solves and address root causes of facilities issues including basic data extraction, analysis and reporting
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation such as installation instructions, technical drawings, maps, plumbing and electrical schematics, panel schedules, datasheets and manuals.
- Minimum 5 years of facility-related experience
- Certificate in one of the following: plumbing, electrical, or hazardous waste disposal
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive forklift, scissor lift or other heavy machinery.
- Ability to pick up a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Comfortable on ladders, roofs, heights and tight spaces.
