The Compliance Officer will oversee and maintain our ISO and R2v3 compliance programs, ensuring our processes meet quality, environmental, data security, and health & safety standards. This role is critical to supporting certifications, improving internal processes, and ensuring the company is consistently audit-ready.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage compliance programs aligned with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) and R2v3 requirements.
Develop, update, and enforce internal policies to ensure adherence to quality, environmental, health & safety, and data security standards.
Conduct internal audits for ISO and R2v3, document findings, and track corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare for external audits by coordinating with certifying bodies, assembling required documentation, and ensuring facility readiness.
Train staff on compliance procedures, including R2v3 Core Requirements, data sanitization standards (e.g., C7), and environmental/quality processes.
Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with downstream vendor requirements, recordkeeping rules, and hazardous materials handling.
Manage documentation systems such as policies, SOPs, logs, training records, and audit trails to meet ISO & R2v3 documentation control requirements.
Lead risk assessments related to data security, environmental impact, worker health & safety, and develop improvement plans.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using data entry software, databases, and MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze data discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
