Cybersecurity Project Manager - Houston, TX

• Advises on changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques to keep the project plan accurate.
• Performs regular project and quality assurance reviews with all relevant stakeholders.
• Identifies potential risks and issues and participates in implementing mitigation strategies.
• Identifies appropriate resources needed and develops a schedule to ensure timely completion of projects focusing on targeted outcomes.
• Engages with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Generates and presents reports to highlight key performance indicators and overall project health.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

• Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Experience

• Typically requires 8 years of related experience.

• Data Analysis - Measuring and managing organization data, identifying methodological best practices and conducting statistical analyses.
• Project Quality Management - Ensures projects are delivered to an agreed quality.
• KPI/Metric Monitoring - The monitoring of performance indicators that demonstrate how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives.
• Product Roadmapping - Maps out the vision and strategic objectives for a product in a visual way, making it easier for development teams to share and collaborate.
