Bindery Operator – Day & Night 12-Hour Rotating Shifts
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Rotating Day & Night Shifts
2 years and under experience: $20 - $23 and hour
2 years experience: $23 - $30
We are seeking experienced Bindery Operators to join our production team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. If you have experience operating bindery and finishing equipment and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of bindery and finishing equipment.
Produce high-quality finished products while meeting production schedules and quality standards.
Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
Read and interpret job tickets to ensure customer specifications are met.
Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
Preferred Experience
Experience operating one or more of the following equipment is highly preferred:
Folders
Cutters
Stitchers
Die Cutters
Shrink Wrappers
Machines:
MBO
Stahl
Polar
Harris
Bobst
Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial print bindery or finishing operations.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and a team player.
