Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, and Botox with precision and professionalism
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on skincare products tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing all equipment and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to client concerns, answering questions thoroughly, and ensuring a positive experience from consultation to post-treatment follow-up
- Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare procedures, and new services to foster trust and loyalty
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining treatment records, and managing inventory of supplies
Skills
- Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with clients
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment at all times
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while highlighting key features and benefits
- Cosmetology or esthetician license required; additional certifications in laser treatment or advanced skin therapies are a plus
