Job Description: SVS is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to work in a fast-paced product shop that deals with accelerated fielding programs. We are looking for a candidate that can understand, guide, and execute the systems engineering process and DoD Acquisition Principles from Other Transaction Authorities (OTA) to Mid-Tier and JCIDS Acquisition Requirements for all PM EW&C EW/SIGINT/Cyber Programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team in the early stages of a newly awarded 5-year task order with multiple opportunities for upward advancement supporting EW&C (Electronic Warfare and Cyber). The EW&C program delivers critical capabilities to counter current and future threats, enabling the next generation of warfighting capabilities from sensor to Soldier worldwide. By applying game changing cyber technologies through agile development methodology, we enable battlefield dominance for our Warfighters. Duties and Responsibilities: * Shapes, Guides, and focuses S&T investments from the C5ISR community and CFTs. * Collaborates with ACMs, CFTs, Product level Shops to transition technology into PoRs. * Keeps S&T Dashboard and Transition Agreements current and assists answering data calls and inquiries from PEO. * Collaborates with stakeholders, PM shops, PEO staffs and contractors to accomplish technical activities applicable to development and acquisition of PM EW&C programs. * Participates in the development and implementation of system engineering strategies. * Contributes, Reviews and assesses 05 level deliverables to ensure compliance with government-provided regulations, standards and policies. * Participates in government oversight of contractor engineering activities, to include as a supporting team member during "Tiger Team" roles. * Generates recommendations to the government regarding system engineering, planning, requirements prioritizing, design, and system integration. * Provides integrated, multi-disciplinary solution recommendations for resolution of technical problems. Minimum Requirements: * Must Have 3 years of direct experience with system engineering * Must Have 2 years of experience with DoD 5000 acquisition lifecycle processes * Must Have excellent communications skills including the ability to generate focused technical documentation on complex topics * Must be able to work in a team environment and execute tasks on-quality and on-time Education / Certifications: * BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology Clearance: * TS with SCI eligibility Desired Requirements: * Knowledge of PEO IEWS, PEO C3T Programs About Semper Valens Solutions : Semper Valens Solutions, Inc.
