This is a full-time on-site role based in El Cajon, CA, for an Inside Sales Representative specializing in Solar, Roof, HVAC, and Windows. The day-to-day responsibilities include answering inbound customer calls, running company-set appointments, managing opportunities, addressing customer needs, and exceeding sales targets.
We will provide industry-leading product and sales training to give you all the tools to not only succeed, but flourish.
This role is perfect for a young person with no prior relevant experience looking to embark on a successful career in sales. This role is also perfect for a seasoned, successful in-home sales rep that is tired of being 1099 and commission-only, knocking doors, and driving all over the place.
Compensation
Base hourly pay plus generous commissions, W2 employment with benefits. The expected total annual pay for a successful representative should exceed $150,000. We offer unlimited earning potential.
Qualifications
- Coachability is paramount. Must be excited to receive feedback and be able to implement changes quickly and effectively.
- Technological literacy, preferably Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
- Previous sales experience in Solar, Roofing, HVAC, or Windows can be a plus but is not required.
- A positive attitude, especially when faced with adversity.
- Healthy competitiveness that thrives in and bolsters a strong team environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate, prioritize tasks, self-motivate, and exceed sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or certifications in related fields are an advantage.
