Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated, ambitious, and competitive Residential Solar & Home Improvement Sales Consultants to join our team. This is an onsite position where you will have the flexibility to sell over the phone or directly in the customer’s home. This is a base pay plus commissions role, offering stability while also rewarding high performance. Responsibilities:
- Present renewable energy solutions and home improvement offerings (Solar, Battery, Roofing, HVAC, Whole House Fans, etc.)
- Analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions and deliver winning results
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company
- Communicate clearly and creatively to close sales both over the phone and in customers’ homes
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of renewable energy and cost savings
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Solar Sales and/or Home Improvement Sales is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in closing in-home or phone-based sales
- Roofing, HVAC, or other home improvement sales experience is a plus
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, an HIS License is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer literacy and lead management abilities
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work various schedules
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success
Compensation & Details
- Compensation: Base rate (up to $17/hr) plus uncapped commissions
- Potential Earnings: $100k–$200k annually for top performers
