What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installer 5 position at Semper Solaris Construction, Inc.?
- Previous experience installing residential battery systems (i.e. Tesla Powerwall, Enphase Encharge)
- Previous experience managing or overseeing the work of others required
- Previous experience utilizing power and hand tools required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Must be able to maintain a high level of quality assurance with an emphasis on safety
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring
- Must possess strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and problem solving skills
Preferred:
- Previous experience with solar PV installation, roofing, or general construction is preferred
- Journeymen electrician highly preferred
- Ability to prioritize work and work under sensitive time restraints
- Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills
