Core Job Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Overseeing daily food preparation, inventory control, product ordering, and cost management.
• Team Leadership: Recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a diverse team of customer service representatives and drivers.
• Performance Metrics: Driving sales growth, managing labor costs, and maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Customer Service: Ensuring every guest receives highquality products and fast, friendly service.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Open Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and closing shifts.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable personal vehicle to ensure reliable travel to and from work.
• Driven Mindset: A strong work ethic, high energy, and a desire to meet performance goals and maximize profitability.
• Experience: Previous restaurant management, retail leadership, or supervisor experience is highly preferred.
