Key Responsibilities:
- Originate, process, and manage mortgage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with lending regulations.
- Provide expert advice on home loan options, guiding clients toward the most suitable financial solutions.
- Evaluate loan applications by verifying borrower income, assets, liabilities, employment, and credit history.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve title issues and ensure smooth loan closings.
- Maintain organized records in CRM systems for pipeline and lead management.
- Develop new business through networking, relationship-building, and outbound calls with referral partners such as real estate agents and financial advisors. Deliver outstanding client service while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Active and valid NMLS license (required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an outside loan originator.
- Proven ability to fund at least one loan per month through referral partnerships.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
