Job Summary
Responsible for working with and under Sempco partner, managing boundary and construction staking projects with goal of independent management of projects and potential partnership.
Responsibilities and Duties
Report to Sempco partner (RPLS)
Client communication
Direction of field crews & CAD techs
Solving boundaries
Construction calculations & staking
Preparing & checking survey exhibits & field notes
Preparing & checking plats, ALTA surveys, & topo surveys
Signing exhibits and plats
CAD drafting & data processing
Qualifications and Skills
SIT classification acquired or imminent
Experience in project management of topographic, boundary, and route/design survey projects
Experience in AutoCAD
Experience with construction survey calculations & staking, ALTA surveys, and platting
Ability to handle multiple priorities & projects
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
Must possess excellent written & verbal communication skills
