Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes while adhering to food safety standards and following recipes to meet customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment at all times
- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning and food production
- Support catering events when needed
